A both-teams-to-score market asks whether each side scores at least one goal during the defined period. It is different from a total-goals market because the distribution of goals between teams matters. A match can have several goals while one team scores none, so the two market types are not equivalent.

Always check whether the market covers the full match or a particular half, and review the provider's rules for abandoned or shortened matches. Do not infer certainty from past scorelines or a small sample of fixtures.
